Welcome. I am Charles Smatt representing Cayman Home Inspector's Ltd.  I am a certified Home Inspector in the Cayman Islands, and I have been inspecting homes since 2006.  I am extremely thorough and represent my customer with the highest integrity and confidentiality.

In a largely unregulated industry the quality and usefullness of any home inspection depends largely on the experience of the inspectior.  I've gone through extensive training and continuing education to keep up with the standards and expectations within the industry.  A thorough home inspection requires approximately 2 hours or more, depending on the size, age and complexity of the home.
